Orders and pre-orders are final once placed.
Once you confirm an order, we lock it in and begin the build. That said, if something unexpected happens before production starts, just reach out — we’ll always listen and do our best to make it right.
We ship when ready.
Every lamp is made by hand. We only ship when the piece is truly finished and perfect. You’ll get clear updates along the way, and if anything takes longer than expected we’ll be upfront about it immediately.
Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and unopened.
If the piece doesn’t feel right when it arrives, you have 30 days to send it back in original condition. We’ll handle the return process as smoothly as possible.
All disputes governed by local law.
Formal matters follow Ontario and Canadian law. In reality, we’d much rather talk with you directly and work things out together — that’s always our first step.
